The Daily Study Formula (All Plans)

1

Content Review (30 min)

Read or watch content on today's topic. Focus on mechanisms and clinical applications, not memorisation.

2

Question Practice (60–90 min)

Do minimum 50 questions on today's topic. Read every rationale, even for questions you got right.

3

Mistake Review (30 min)

For every wrong answer, identify why you got it wrong. This is where the real learning happens.

4

NGN Practice (20 min)

Practise at least one NGN item daily — case study questions, bow-tie, or trend items.
