UWorld has more questions and a longer track record in the US market. It is an excellent product. If budget is not a concern and you are self-directed, UWorld is a good choice.
English Companion offers: Kenyan pricing, M-Pesa payment, WhatsApp support from local nurses who understand your journey, and a tutor-supported track that UWorld does not have. For internationally educated nurses preparing without US institutional support, that local mentorship matters enormously.
The best tool is the one you will actually use consistently. We would rather you use UWorld and pass than struggle with accessibility and fail.
