Exam Day Morning Protocol

  1. Normal wake time — do not wake earlier than usual
  2. Normal breakfast with protein — no new or heavy foods
  3. Arrive 30 minutes early to the test centre
  4. Brief 4-7-8 breathing in the car before entering
  5. Remind yourself: hard questions mean you are performing well
