Days 14–8: Consolidation Week
- Continue 75–100 questions per day, focused on weak areas
- Complete your final full 75-question timed practice test and review every wrong answer
- Review your NGN case studies once more — focus on the bow-tie and trend item strategies
- Make your final lab values and pharmacology review pass
- No new content after Day 10 — only review and reinforce
Days 7–3: Reinforcement & Routine
- Reduce question volume slightly: 50 per day, focusing only on your weakest topic areas
- Establish and practise your exam-day morning routine
- Confirm your exam location, required ID documents, and Pearson VUE centre rules
- Review your highest-priority content: Management of Care, Safety, Pharmacology top 20 drugs
- Implement daily 4-7-8 breathing exercises to build the habit before exam day
Days 2–1: Wind Down
⚠️ Day before the exam: NO new content after 6pm. Light review of lab values or drug suffixes only. Pack everything you need. Set two alarms. Get 8 hours sleep. This is not optional.
- Day 2: Easy 25-question review session in the morning only. Afternoon off.
- Day 1 (exam eve): No study after 6pm. Healthy dinner. Standard bedtime. Lay out everything for tomorrow.
Exam Day Morning Protocol
- Normal wake time — do not wake earlier than usual
- Normal breakfast with protein — no new or heavy foods
- Arrive 30 minutes early to the test centre
- Brief 4-7-8 breathing in the car before entering
- Remind yourself: hard questions mean you are performing well
