[Video: Sample 1-on-1 NCLEX Coaching Session — Clinical Judgment Coaching Demo]

What Happens in Each Session

1

Performance Review (15 min)

Your tutor reviews your practice question results from the past week, identifies patterns in wrong answers, and diagnoses whether errors are knowledge gaps or reasoning gaps.

2

Targeted Content Work (30 min)

Work through high-yield questions in your weak areas together. Your tutor narrates the clinical reasoning process, revealing the thinking you need to replicate.

3

NGN Case Study Review (20 min)

Complete at least one NGN case study per session using the Clinical Judgment Measurement Model, with your tutor coaching you through each of the 6 layers.

4

Plan for the Week (10 min)

Your tutor sets specific, measurable goals for the coming week: topics to cover, question targets, and specific skills to practise.

Why Tutoring Gets Higher Pass Rates

The most common NCLEX failure pattern is not insufficient knowledge — it is a specific, identifiable reasoning gap that the candidate cannot see themselves. A tutor spots it within 2–3 sessions and corrects it directly.

"I had failed twice. My tutor identified in week one that I was answering what I thought the question was asking, not what it actually asked. Three weeks later I passed."
